Vauxhall keep Giovanardi, Vectra for 2009
Defending champion Fabrizio Giovanardi has agreed to stay with VX Racing for 2009, according to Motorsport News. Vauxhall have also stated their intentions to continue with the current Vectra model next season, despite the car being replaced by the Insignia in the Vauxhall range.
