Colin Turkington has taken his first pole of the season this afternoon at Croft - despite carrying 36kg of success ballast. The Team RAC driver set a time of 1:26.006 to beat Racing Silverline’s Jason Plato to pole by almost two tenths of a second. Stephen Jelley completed a good day for Team RAC by qualifying in third.
