About the site

BTCC Action is a totally independent website aiming to bring you the best coverage of the UK's number one motor racing series, the British Touring Car Championship. The main aim of the site is to provide you with up-to-date news and guides for all of the competitors and teams. We also host the largest collection of BTCC results on the internet and this continues to grow.

The site went online back in July 2006 and has been being built on ever since. The site was taken down for several months afterwards so that a cleaner design could be worked on whilst continuing to add content. March 2008 saw the implementation of this new design, making BTCC Action the first BTCC website to fully support a new wider layout and many Web 2.0 features, including the ability to comment on articles.

We rely on photography contributions due to the costs of keeping the site online and the limited advertising revenue that is received.
